This package is ideal for small events or short-duration coverage. It includes 15 to 20 high-resolution aerial and ground photos, along with a 60 to 90 second highlight video set to music. Light editing is included. Coverage is limited to one location and up to two hours, making it a great option for ribbon cuttings, outdoor ceremonies, or informal gatherings.

Standard Package – $800–$1,200

Designed for mid-sized events that require more extensive coverage, this package includes 30 to 40 professionally edited photos from both the air and ground, as well as a 2 to 3 minute highlight video. The video includes multi-angle drone shots such as orbits, tracking, and reveals, along with ground video capturing key moments like speeches or performances. Coverage extends up to four hours and includes the option for two site visits if needed.

Premium Package – $1,500+

Our premium offering is a full production solution for large-scale or high-profile events. This package includes 50 or more premium images, a 3 to 5 minute cinematic highlight video with advanced transitions, title screens, and licensed music, and seamless coordination between drone and ground operators. We can also include interviews, speeches, crowd footage, and detailed B-roll. Same-day or next-day teasers are available upon request. Coverage extends up to eight hours, perfect for multi-day events, conferences, or branded marketing campaigns.
